  1. Version 02              Microsoft Mail - Uncompiled Modem Files
  2.  
  3. These modem files are to use NetComm and Avtek modems with Microsoft Mail,
  4. both Remote mail and DOS gateways.
  5.  
  6. The .MDM files must be compiled with the SCRCOMP.EXE program before they can be used
  7. with Microsoft Mail.
  8.  
  9. Useage example:    SCRCOMP ROADSTER.MDM
  10.  
  11. This will output a ROADSTER.SCR file which can be used by Microsoft Mail.
  12.  
  13. The compiled .SCR files must be copied to the \GLB subdirectory of MS Mail, 
  14. these files will be accessible to MS Mail Remote under the 
  15. Mail/Communications menu.
  16.  
  17. For use with DOS gateways these files should be placed in the \GLB directory
  18. on the relevant drive for MS Mail (usually M: drive).
  19.  
  20. The following uncompiled Microsoft Mail files are provided:
  21. SMARTMDM.MDM:   "NetComm SmartModem 144/288/336"
  22. This script is to be used with any NetComm SmartModem series.
  23.  
  24. ROADSTER.MDM:   "NetComm Roadster 144/288/336"
  25. This script is to be used with any NetComm Roadster series, except the AM5600.
  26.  
  27. INMODEM.MDM:   "NetComm InModem 144/288/336"
  28. This script is to be used with any NetComm InModem series, except the IN5600.
  29.  
  30. CARDMDM.MDM:   "NetComm CardModem 144/288/336"
  31. This script is to be used with any NetComm CardModem series, except the Socket
  32. Rocket series.

  34. SOCKETRK.MDM:   "NetComm Socket Rocket 288/336"
  35. This script is to be used with any NetComm Socket Rocket series.

  37. PRORACK.MDM:    "NetComm ProRack 144/288/336"
  38. This script is to be used with any NetComm ProRack series.

  40. VOICEMDM.MDM:   "NetComm MemoryModem/VoiceMaster"
  41. This script is to be used with any NetComm MemoryModem or VoiceMaster series.

  43. MEGAMDM.MDM:    "Avtek MegaModem 144/288/336"
  44. This script is to be used with any Avtek MegaModem series.
  45.  
  46. AM56IN56.MDM:   "NetComm Roadster56/InModem56"
  47. This script is to be used with the Roadster56 and the InModem56.
