  2.                              EDIT A CITY FILE Help

  5.      Once this window is displayed, you  may edit  the cities,  longitudes, 
  6.      latitudes, and time zones contained in the displayed  file.  Edit  the 
  7.      text area like you would in any other Windows application.

  10.      QUIT - Click on this command button when you are done with  your work. 
  11.      Nothing is saved when this button is clicked.

  14.      SAVE - Click on this button when you want to  save the  contents shown 
  15.      in the text area. The contents of the text area will be  saved in  the 
  16.      geography file last selected.

  19.      When adding an entry to a cities list, you must finish off  a line  of 
  20.      data by hitting <ENTER>.  If you do not, then the time zone may not be 
  21.      read properly.

  24.      DO  NOT  LEAVE ANY  BLANK LINES  IN YOUR  DATA FILE  or else  the data 
  25.      following the blank lines will not be seen in the list box window.

  27.      NOTE: Be sure you do not leave any blank lines at the end of the file. 
  28.      While holding down the CTRL key, hit END.  The cursor  should move  to 
  29.      the first column of the line just below your last line of data.  If it 
  30.      is not, then use the arrow keys and/or the BACKSPACE or DELETE keys to 
  31.      remove the extra lines or characters.
