  7.     Just like Microsoft's. Well almost. oxDockBar
  8.     can be set to auto align almost any child
  9.     control when sized. Just drag and drop any Delphi
  10.     component onto oxDockBar and your off. No
  11.     code to write to enable any of oxDockBar's
  12.     standard functions or abilities.

  16. Copy both the DCR and DCU files to the same directory.
  17. Follow the DELPHI instuctions for installing
  18. components.

  20. Upon installing Opaque components you will be prompted
  21. for you Registration numbers, which will be provided to
  22. you. If you registered via CompuServe check your EMail.
  23. Type the Registration numbers exactly as shown with no
  24. space and the correct capitalization. You will be propmted
  25. for this info only once.

  48. For best results child controls on oxDockBar
  49. should be designed in one row and give about the
  50. same height and alignment. Setting child controls'
  51. alignment property to other than 'alNone' can
  52. cause irratic behavior when sizing.

  70.  oxDockBar is not and has never been public domain software, nor is it free software. 
  71.  
  72.  Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use oxDockBar on a 30-day trial basis for the 
  73. purpose of determining whether oxDockBar is suitable for their needs.  The use of oxDockBar, except 
  74. for the initial 30-day trial, requires registration.  The use of unlicensed copies of oxDockBar by any 
  75. person, business, corporation, government agency or any other entity is strictly prohibited. 
  76.  
  77.  A single user license permits a user to use oxDockBar only on a single computer.  Licensed users 
  78. may use the program on different computers, but may not use the program on more than one 
  79. computer at the same time. 
  80.  
  81.  No one may modify or patch the oxDockBar executable files in any way,  including but not limited 
  82. to decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise reverse engineering the program.

  84.  A limited license is granted to copy and distribute oxDockBar only for the trial use of others, subject 
  85. to the above limitations, and also the following:

  87.   1)    oxDockBar must be copied in unmodified form, complete with the file containing this license

  90. registration ID, control numbers or that portion of the WIN.INI file created by oxDockBar.

  98.         A) Operators of electronic bulletin board systems (sysops) may make oxDockBar available for 
  99. downloading only as long as the above conditions are met.  An overall or time-dependent charge 
  100. for the use of the bulletin board system is permitted as long as there is not a specific charge for 
  101. the download of oxDockBar.

  103.         B) Vendors of user-supported or shareware software may distribute 
  104. oxDockBar, subject to the above conditions, without specific permission. Vendors may 
  105. charge a disk duplication and handling fee, which, when pro-rated to the oxDockBar product, may 
  106. not exceed five dollars.

  108.         C) Non-profit user groups may distribute oxDockBar, subject to the above conditions, without 
  109. specific permission. Non-profit user groups may charge a disk duplication fee, which, when pro-
  110. rated to the oxDockBar product, may not exceed five dollars.

  112.   LIMITED WARRANTY 
  113.   EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE, OPAQUE SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL 
  114.   WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT 
  115.   LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND 
  116.   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE 
  117.   PRODUCT.  SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, THE 
  118.   PURCHASER ASSUMES THE RISK OF PAYING THE ENTIRE COST OF 
  119.   ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION AND ANY 
  120.   INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  IN NO EVENT WILL 
  121.   OPAQUE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER 
  122.   (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF 
  123.   BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS 
  124.   INFORMATION AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE 
  125.   INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT EVEN IF OPAQUE SOFTWARE 
  126.   HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  128.   Use of this product for any period of time constitutes your acceptance of this agreement and 
  129. subjects you to its contents.

  131.   U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS

  133.   Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in 
  134. subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 252.227-
