  11. These files allow you to encode a plain text file into an undecipherable form
  12. and then decode the file back to it's original state.
  13.  
  14. These neat little tools are very simple to use.  You hardly have to enter any
  15. information.  The encoding and decoding processes are very quick indeed.
  16.  
  17. You can use a password to lock the file if you like.
  18.  
  19. Only normal text available directly from the keyboard can be used (ie. you
  20. cannot use ALT + keypad to use spurious characters!

  55. These tools are suitable for sending text files over the HAM radio network
  56. (that is probrably a bad description of HAM radio but I know nothing about
  57. HAM radio).  It was a HAM radio friend of mine that asked me to write these
  58. and he loves them (as do many of his HAM radio friends!).
