  4. The WORDY utilities,  such a XTRACT, XFIND, PREFIX, etc. are intended for use
  5. on the enclosed WORD.LST file,  or on similar ASCII files  formatted with one
  6. record (word) per line, and each line terminated by a carriage return.  Using 
  7. the RF utility on a word file therefore makes the file subsequently  unusable
  8. for all the other utilities. However, the new UNRF utility can, if used prop-
  9. erly, restore an RF'd file to its original one-word-per-line format  (see the
  10. file UNRF.DOC for details).

  12. Using the WORDY utilities on files not in "standard" format,  as noted above,
  13. will produce unpredictable (and probably undesireable) results.
