  16. The user may create his own task universe for the entity, in his own
  17. words.  English is used in the six "examples of universes", but any
  18. language will work. Simply list each group of possible I/O conditions
  19. within the targeted environment. The creator then uses his own syntax
  20. to define whatever laws and values he wishes to declare.

  22. Within this assigned environment, the Computer Hosted Entity will
  23. independently discover and adopt "intelligent" behavior.  The creator
  24. may now choose to simply observe, or he may get involved, as the
  25. machine entity "learns".

  27. The program has no soft restrictions on the number of I/O conditions,
  28. respective particles, nor laws, used to define the target environment.
  29. Furthermore, the essential order-reflecting circuit may be isolated and
  30. interfaced to any hard or softbot, or to any real-time (or game)
  31. environment, using the three designated sensor/shaper terminals.
