  9.      This  program  package  is a shareware, written by and copy-
  10.      righted by horio shoichi.

  12.      You must pay the registration fee if you continue using  any
  13.      program  in this package beyond 30 days if you have not reg-
  14.      istered any of DOS Concurrent Disk Cache .   See  below  for
  15.      registration fee.

  18. What You Receive By Registration
  19.      If you continue to use and have registered, you will receive
  20.      a printed manual and a floppy, and the rights to  use  them.
  21.      Please  note  that the registered version you receive is not
  22.      freely redistributable.

  25.   A Printed manual
  26.      Except for  registration  procedures,  all  operational  and
  27.      technical  matters  in  this  package  in  .txt forms are in
  28.      printed form.

  30.   A Floppy
  31.      It contains the most recent concache.exe, ccdisk.exe,  flop-
  32.      pies.exe,  and pause.exe The size of floppy is either 3.5 or
  33.      5.25 inches as you choose on registration form.

  35.      It also contains a version for each of above which  can  run
  36.      on  286 based machines.  Other than that these programs have
  37.      obvious restrictions they cannot run on upper  memory  block
  38.      if  run on 286 machines, they are functionally equivalent to
  39.      the most recent version.

  42.      You have the rights to

  44.      o    cancel registration within 90 days from receipt of  the
  45.           manual and floppy,

  47.      o    use  the  registered version on as many machines as you

  54.      o    use  any  of  shareware  evaluation  version   of   DOS

  64.           Concurrent Disk Cache you may find elsewhere.  In other
  65.           words, you may treat it  as  if  a  registered  version
  66.           except that it is redistributable.

  92. The Fees
  93.      Following  fee  schedule  is  effective   until  June  1997.
  94.      Beyond  that,  please  inquire  to  the  author for possible

  98.   Registration Fee
  99.      The registration fee is US$30.00.

  101.      Group registration is available.  A person of a  group,  who
  102.      is  also  wishing  the registration at the moment, and whose
  103.      payment is the sum of the amount collected and his/her  own,
  104.      pays  the fee to the copyright owner on behalf of the group.
  105.      The individual receives what is gotten by registration.

  107.      Note this is not site license where registrant  may  not  be
  108.      the actual user.
