  94. Type "SQ" (without quotes) then press [ENTER].

  96. Make sure that IF the program is being run from a floppy diskette that
  97. the user change default drives (e.g., type "A:" if program is on drive
  98. A:).  The program must be started from the same directory/drive where the
  99. program is located (e.g.,if the program is on B:, you must be at a B:>
  100. prompt to run the program).  Do NOT write protect the floppy if you are
  101. running from A: or B: drives.
