  4. The following is taken from PC Magazine Volume 14 Number 15, to whom thanks
  5. are due:
  6.  
  7.   "Various character-based DOS programs use the grey Plus and Minus keys
  8.    for navigation and other purposes.  These keys don't work under Windows
  9.    95 unless you use this trick:  In the program's Properties menu, on the
  10.    Screen tab, turn off "Fast ROM emulation."  You get the grey keys'
  11.    functions back".
