  7.    As mentioned in the included operation manual to MONTE, this public
  8. release version is a Demo Release only.  You may use and evaluate MONTE
  9. for as long as you want in order for you to decide for yourself whether or
  10. not you wish to register the program.  
  11.  
  12. The registration cost for MONTE is just $10.00. We think this is a fair
  13. amount for the time and effort we put into this program.  First, registration
  14. will let you change: 
  15.  
  16.   1. the amount of games a user may play per day (default 10),
  17.   2. the amount of make up days allowed per day  (default 1),
  18.   3. the amount of play ahead days allowed per day (default 1),
  19.   4. the amount of free games won per day (default 9999),
  20.  
  21. Second, registration will also enable the background and card color options
  22. (default white on white).  Third, registration will enable the use of
  23. EDITUSER.EXE to edit the data files, and MBULLET.EXE to create external
  24. bulletins!  Finally, registration will replace the [U N R E G I S T E R E D]
  25. with the registration name you give below.

  27. NOTE:  The key for this door will work with several other solitaire doors
  28.        and vice versa:

  30.        If you registered Pyramid Solitaire that key will work for 
  31.        Monte Carlo Solitaire and vice versa!
