  7.    As mentioned in the included operation manual to HILO, this public
  8. release version is a Demo Release only.  You may use and evaluate HILO
  9. for as long as you want in order for you to decide for yourself whether or
  10. not you wish to register the program.  
  11.  
  12. The registration cost for HILO is just $5.00. We think this is a fair
  13. amount for the time and effort we put into this program.  First, registration
  14. will let you change: 
  15.  
  16.   1. the amount of games a user may play per day (default 10),
  17.   2. the amount of make up days allowed per day  (default 1),
  18.   3. the amount of play ahead days allowed per day (default 1),
  19.   4. whether the joker is part of the game (default YES),
  20.   5. whether the cards will be cleard or not (default YES)
  21.  
  22. Second, registration will also enable the background and card color options
  23. (default white on white).  Third, registration will enable the use of
  24. EDITUSER.EXE to edit the data files, and HLBULLET.EXE to create external
  25. bulletins!  Finally, registration will replace the [U N R E G I S T E R E D]
  26. with the registration name you give below.
