  4. This program is a Windows 95 system tray utility.  It will not
  5. run under Windows 3.1, 3.11, or NT.
  6.  
  7. There is no installation procedure for this application, simply
  8. run the enclosed executable.
  9.  
  10. Please note that ctl3d32.dll is now included in this distribution.  I
  11. have recieved a large number of requests that this file be added so I
  12. feel the extra download time is probably worth it.  If you need to use
  13. the dll the place to put it is in your windows\system directory.  This
  14. library is produced by Microsoft but is redistributable.

  16. Also note that several people have mentioned that they cannot
  17. delete the application file.  if you have this problem it is happening
  18. because the application is still running.  To exit the application
  19. click the right mouse button on the CPU Load icon and select exit from
  20. the menu.  You may then delete the application file.
