  8. Start button and selecting heitml Documentation in the heitml program group.

  13. <b>Documentation</b> link and encountered an error.  The <mheitml>
  14. documentation is available as a set of HTML pages and can be downloaded in
  15. compressed zip format or tar format. You should download and install it in the
  16. <b>/heitml<? SrvHeitmlVersion "1.2"></b> directory of your web server (i.e. unpack the library file
  17. into the heitml subdirectory of your docroot directory).
