  5. Freeciv Theme and Widget Layer (FTWL) is a low-level library for 
  6. manipulating the graphics and input systems on your computer,
  7. and displaying screens with widgets based on themes loaded from 
  8. configuration files.

  10. Work on the FTWL library and client has stalled and is not working 
  11. in this version. See later versions or the svn trunk version for
  12. news, documentation and newer versions of this code.
