  16. 1) Introduction

  18. This Demo version of PC Super Street Fighter II Turbo includes 
  19. 2 players (Ryu and ChunLi) playing in one country (USSR) with 
  20. full parallax option.
  21.  
  22. The full version will provide 16 different countries for 
  23. fights with 16 Players to choose from plus the secret player. 
  24.  
  25. Full CD sound will be available on the CD ROM version of PC 
  26. Super Street Fighter II Turbo.

  28. PC Super Street Fighter II Turbo is still in development but will
  29. be released in late March.

  32. 2) Installation

  34. From the DOS prompt log onto your CD drive and from the SF2 
  35. directory type INSTALL.

  38. 3) Control Methods
  39.  
  40. The game will support the following control devices:

  42.  2 Button Joystick
  43.  4 Button JoyPad (eg Gravis)
  44.  6 Button JoyPad (Due for release in March/April 1995)
  45.  Keyboard (redefinable see below for default setup)

  73. This Demo version supports the SoundBlaster 16 and 100% 
  74. compatible cards only.

  76. The full version will support all major sound devices.

  81. This Demo requires a minimum of 4 Mb Memory.

  86. PC Super Street Fighter II Turbo requires approximately
  87. 10 Mb of space to install, plus 5Mb for run time management.

  90. 7) Running PC Super Street Fighter II Turbo

  92. After the installation is complete, change to the 
  93. drive and directory where PC Super Street Fighter II Turbo
  94. is installed and start with the command

  98. Always run PC Super Street Fighter II Turbo from the batch file.
  99. Do not run the executable directly.

  102. 8) Troubleshooting
  103.  
  104. If you do not have enough memory try one or more of the following
  105.  
  106. Remove memory resident programs.
  107. Remove any disk caches such as Smartdrv and NCache.
  108. Remove memory managers such as QEMM386 and EMM386.
  109. Ensure that you run the game using SF2(the batch file) not 
  110. SF2TURBO(the executable).
  111.  
  112. If the game does not run fast enough
  113.  
  114. Ensure the TURBO button is on.
  115. Try turning off the Parallax option from the menu.
  116. Toggle the Frame Lock option to OFF.
