  22.     Shareware is a distribution method, not a type of software. You
  23.     should find software that suits your needs and pocketbook,
  24.     whether it's commercial or Shareware. The Shareware system makes
  25.     fitting your needs easier, because you can try before you buy.

  39.     G&G GAMES are "shareware programs" and are provided at no charge
  40.     to the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share them with your
  41.     friends, but please do not give them away altered or as part of
  42.     another system.  The essence of "user-supported" software is to
  43.     provide personal computer users with quality software without
  44.     high prices, and yet to provide incentive for programmers to
  45.     continue to develop new products.  If you find these programs
  46.     entertaining and find that you are using G&G GAMES and continue 
  47.         to use them after a reasonable trial period, you must make a reg-
  48.     istration payment of $10.00 per game or $25.00 for all three 
  49.         to HYPERWARE.  The registration fee will license one copy for use 
  50.         on any one computer at any one time.  You must treat this software 
  51.         just like a book.  An example is that this software may be used 
  52.         by any number of people and may be freely moved from one computer
  53.     location to another, so long as there is no possibility of it
  54.     being used at one location while it's being used at another.
  55.     Just as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the
  56.     same time.

  58.     Commercial users of G&G GAMES must register and pay for their
  59.     copies of G&G GAMES within 30 days of first use or their license
  60.     is withdrawn.

  62.     Anyone distributing G&G GAMES for any kind of remuneration must
  63.     first contact HYPERWARE at the address above for authorization.
  64.     This authorization will be automatically granted to distributors
  65.     recognized by the (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for
  66.     shareware distributors, and such distributors may begin offering
  67.     G&G GAMES immediately (However HYPERWARE must still be advised so
  68.     that the distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest
  69.     version of G&G GAMES.).

  71.     You are encouraged to pass a copy of G&G GAMES along to your
  72.     friends for evaluation.  Please encourage them to register their
  73.     copy if they find it to be of value.

  88.     The only means of support for these programs comes through satisfied
  89.         user registrations.  Please feel free to try these programs out, if 
  90.         you don't like them and don't use them regularly, I don't expect a
  91.         registration fee.  If you think they are worth while and you regularly
  92.         use them please become a HYPERWARE supporter and send the 
  93.         registration FEE to the above address. If you are very energetic, 
  94.         please fill out and send the registration form at the end of this 
  95.         file ( choose "P" while running README.EXE and the form will be 
  96.         printed along with this file.)................THANKS!

  117.                 5. If you register FRIDAY NIGHT POKER and or BLACKJACK
  118.                    you will receive a disk with the files necessary to
  119.                    access and run the game enhancements mentioned in the
  120.                    fnpoker.txt and blkjack.txt files.

  122.          IF YOU DON'T HAVE A COPY OF ONE OF THESE GAMES BUT WOULD LIKE TO
  123.          ORDER NOW, ENCLOSE THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE GAMES YOU WANT AND
  124.          INDICATE THAT YOU ARE NOT IN POSSESSION OF A SHAREWARE VERSION.  I
  125.          WILL SEND YOU THE CURRENT VERSION ON THE DISK TYPE YOU DESIRE.  
  126.          USE THE REGISTRATION FORM BELOW OR A REASONABLE FACSIMILE TO MAKE

  131.     1.  All requests for support must be sent through the mail.  If 
  132.         your question is urgent or important enough (your call), I will be 
  133.         glad to talk to you via the phone, but it will have to be your dime
  134.           making the call ( a $10.00 registration fee won't cover long
  135.         distant phone calls ).

  137.     2.  I will answer any questions and provide help if necessary    
  138.         for a 90 day period from your registration.  If a problem arises 
  139.         from a specific hardware or software environment feature, I may
  140.         choose to refund your registration fee rather than modify the 
  141.         program for a specific case.

  143.     3.  If this program is no longer being supported when I 
  144.         receive your registration fee, I will return the fee promptly.
