-
- Introduction
-
- BRAINdead2 is a shareware offering that features two distinct games
- in a single program - a hidden tile match game that tests memory
- skills and a visible tile match game that pits the player against the
- clock.
-
- The game was originally written because there are so few PC games that
- our five year old could play without help. Kids do really well with
- this game. As for adults - the name says it all!
-
-
- System Requirements
-
- The only requirement is an EGA or VGA system with monitor capable of
- 640x350 graphics mode.
-
- A mouse will speed game play substantially, though keyboard control is
- also provided. Of course, a fast CPU makes any PC graphics application
- run quicker.
-
-
- Packing List

- VENDOR.DOC for complete distribution information. All of these files
- must be present when this game is distributed. Archived versions of
- BRAINdead2 should be named BD2.XXX where XXX is the archive file

- Color (ten colors)
- Letter (letters A-Z)
- Simple (numbers 0-4)
-
- Time - Set the time non-matches are shown in the memory game 1-5 sec.
-
- Game - Select memory game with tiles face down or timed game with
- tiles face up.
-
-
- Memory Game
-
- Point with the mouse and click left button or move square with arrow
- keys and press Enter to select a tile. Tiles are shown after selection.
- Select a second tile. If the two tiles match, they are removed from the
- board. Tiles that do not match are turned back over. The time the tiles
- are shown may be set from 1-5 seconds.
-
- The object is to clear all of the tiles from the board with the fewest
- number of tries.
-
- When matching numbers a good score is around 50 tries for 100 tiles.
- Matching letters generally requires a somewhat higher number of tries.
-
-
- Timed Game
-
- Point with the mouse and click left button or move square with arrow
- keys and press Enter to select tile. Selected tiles are outlined in
- yellow. Select a second tile. Matching tiles are removed from the board.
- The time starts when first tile is picked. The timer pauses when the
- mouse is moved from the game board or when menu is displayed.
-
- The object is to clear all of the tiles from the board in the shortest
- time.
-
- Matching letters and numbers a good score is around 90-100 seconds.
- For colors and simple numbers a score of 50 - 60 seconds can be
- expected.
