  72. By using the accompanying software, you consent to be bound by and become
  73. a party to the licensing agreement specified below. If you do not agree
  74. with ALL of the terms in the license, please delete the distribution
  75. from your computer storage.

  77. This license allows you to use the contents of this InJoy archive for
  78. a period of not more than thirty days. Such use shall be limited to
  79. the purpose of testing to determine if InJoy meets your needs. After the
  80. thirty day testing period you must register InJoy in accordance with
  81. REGISTER.TXT to continue its use. If InJoy does not fit your needs I
  82. thank you for trying it, and ask that you remove the executables from
  83. your computer.

  85. You are allowed to retain the original archive (in its packed state) for
  86. the purpose of distribution to others. Subsequent use of InJoy shall be
  87. allowable only to determine the suitability of a later numbered version to
  88. meet your needs. Such testing of newer versions is encouraged, but shall
  89. not exceed thirty days without registration.

  91. InJoy is copyrighted and licensed (not sold). Title is not transfer to
  92. you. You obtain no rights other than those granted you under this license.

  96.    o Use InJoy on only one machine at a time.
  97.    o A licensed user may use InJoy on different computers, but will not use
  98.      it on more than one computer at the same time.
  99.    o Make one copy of InJoy, for backup purposes
  100.    o Make copies of the original shareware archive you downloaded and
  101.      distribute it, provided you transfer the archive intact having
  102.      neither added nor taken away any data. Such distribution shall be
  103.      totally without cost or obligation by the receiver to you.
  104.    o Transfer the possession of InJoy to another party by transferring a
  105.      copy of the software and a copy of this license. If you transfer
  106.      InJoy you must not retain any copies. Your license is then
  107.      terminated.

  118.      You may not make any derivative works based on the Software. You may
  119.      not change or remove any proprietary markings, notices or labels in
  120.      the software.

  123. We do not warrant that the Program is free from claims by a third party of
  124. copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or any other intellectual
  125. property infringement.

  127. By installing and using this program you accept it as is and with the
  128. understanding that there is no representations or warranty as to the
  129. suitability of InJoy for your particular purpose, and that to the extent
  130. you use or implement this program in your own setting, you do so at your
  131. own risk. In no event will I be held liable for any damages, whether
  132. consequential, incidental, or special, arising out of the use of or
  133. inability to use the program provided herewith.

  138.    o Loss of, or damage to, your records or data; or

  145. NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES

  148. You are responsible for the payment of any taxes resulting from this

  151. You may terminate this license at any time. We may terminate this license
  152. if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In either event, you
  153. must destroy all your copies of the Program.

  156. provision will be held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be
  157. invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such invalidity or
  158. unenforceability will not affect the validity or enforceability of the
  159. remaining provisions of this Agreement and such remaining provisions will
  160. remain enforceable and binding.

  162. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations or exclusions, so they
  163. may not apply to you.

  165. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you are required to
  166. remove the InJoy archive, and all it's contents, from your machine.
