<p class="Paragraph">SOT Office Calc saves all the sheets of a Calc document together as an HTML document. At the start of the HTML document a heading and a list of hyperlinks are automatically added which lead to the individual sheets within the document.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">Numbers are shown as written. In addition, in the <SDVAL> HTML tag the exact internal number value is written so that after opening the HTML document with SOT Office you know you have the exact values.</p>

<p class="P2">To save the current Calc document as HTML, start <span class="T1">File - Save As</span>.</p>
<p class="Paragraph">HTML documents are always opened with write-protection on. If you wish to edit an opened HTML document, click on the <span class="T1">Edit File</span> icon in the function bar.</p>

<p class="Paragraph">SOT Office offers various filters for opening HTML files, which you can select in the <span class="T1">File - Open</span> dialog in the <span class="T1">Files of type</span> field:</p>

<p class="P3">Open in SOT Office Writer/Web - Filter "HTML" or as the default, without selecting a filter.</p>
<p class="P3">All the options of SOT Office Writer/Web are now available to you, such as <span class="T1">Show HTML source</span>.</p>

<p class="P3">All the options of SOT Office Writer are now available to you. Not all options that SOT Office Writer offers for editing of documents can be saved in HTML format.</p>
