- <p class="Paragraph">To create an interesting background for your slides, click on
- <span class="T1">Format>Page</span> from the menu bar. In the windows that appears,
- select the "Background" tab. Here can choose to fill the background of
- your slide with: <ul class="L1">

- <p class="Paragraph"> Color. A single block color.
- </p></li>
- <li class="">
- <p class="Paragraph"> Gradient. A combination of two colors.
- </p></li>
- <li class="">
- <p class="Paragraph"> Hatching. Simple geometric patters.

- <p class="Paragraph"> Bitmaps. Photo-realistic effects such as gravel, flowers, bricks etc.

- <p class="Paragraph">Select the background you want and click <span class="T1">Ok</span>. SOT Office Impress will ask whether you want to
- apply your chosen background to be applied to all the slides in your presentation, or just the
- current slide.
