  1.  
  2.           This license applies only if you purchase it from InnoVal or
  3.           an authorized supplier.  The license for the demonstration
  4.           version is in the file named README.
  5.  
  6.                        InnoVal Software License Agreement
  7.  
  8.           This License Agreement applies to InnoVal computer programs
  9.           (hereinafter referred to as Software).
  10.  
  11.           This Software is licensed, not sold.  InnoVal Systems
  12.           Solutions, Inc. grants you a license for the Software in the
  13.           country where you received the Software.  You obtain no
  14.           rights other than those granted under this license.
  15.  
  16.           The term Software means the original and all whole or
  17.           partial copies of it, including modified copies or portions
  18.           merged into other Software.  InnoVal retains title to the
  19.           Software.  InnoVal owns the copyright for the Software.
  20.  
  21.           You are responsible for the selection of the Software and
  22.           for the installation of, use of, and results obtained from,
  23.           the Software.
  24.  
  25.           1.   License
  26.  
  27.                Under this license, you may:
  28.  
  29.                a.   use the Software on one machine at a time.
  30.  
  31.                b.   transfer the possession of the Software to
  32.                     another party by transferring a copy of the
  33.                     Software and a copy of this license.  If you
  34.                     transfer the Software you must not retain any
  35.                     copies.  Your license is then terminated.
  36.  
  37.                You may not:
  38.  
  39.                a.   use, copy, modify, merge, or transfer copies
  40.                     of the Software except as provided in this
  41.                     license;
  42.  
  43.                b.   reverse assemble or reverse compile the
  44.                     Software; or
  45.  
  46.                c.   sublicense, rent, lease, loan or share your
  47.                     rights to the Software except that members of
  48.                     one family living together may share one copy
  49.                     of the software at one residence.
  50.  
  51.           2.   Limited Warranty
  52.  
  53.                InnoVal warrants that the Software, if unaltered, will
  54.                substantially conform to the electronic media
  55.                documentation provided with the Software at time of
  56.                delivery.
  57.  
  58.                InnoVal's entire liability and your exclusive remedy
  59.                shall be return of the license fee paid upon your
  60.                return of a copy of the software within 30 days of
  61.                delivery.
  62.  
  63.                The warranty and remedies set forth above are in lieu
  64.                of all other warranties, express or implied, including,
  65.                but not limited to, any implied warranties of fitness
  66.                for a particular purpose.
  67.  
  68.           4.   Limitation of Remedies
  69.  
  70.                InnoVal will not be liable for any lost profits, lost
  71.                savings, or any incidental damages or other economic
  72.                consequential damages that may arise from the use of
  73.                the Software even if InnoVal, or an authorized
  74.                supplier, has been advised of the possibility of such
  75.                damage.  InnoVal will not be liable for any damages
  76.                claimed by you based on any third party claim.
  77.  
  78.                Some juridictions do not allow these limitations or
  79.                exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
  80.  
  81.           5.   General
  82.  
  83.                The license granted to you is effective until
  84.                terminated.  You may terminate this license at any time
  85.                if you destroy all copies of the Software.
  86.  
  87.                Use, duplication, or disclosure by the U.S. Government
  88.                is subject to the restricted rights applicable to
  89.                commercial computer software (DFARS 52.227-7013).
  90.  
  91.                If you are not satisfied with the Software, you may
  92.                terminate this license by returning a copy of the
  93.                Software and destroying all copies of the Software
  94.                within 30 days from date of delivery for a full refund.
  95.  
  96.                If you acquired this Software in the United States,
  97.                this license is governed by the laws of the State of
  98.                New York.  Otherwise, this license is governed by the
  99.                laws of the country in which you acquired the Software.
