  1.                 PageStream Printer Drivers

  4. The  CanonDisk includes special printer drivers for the PageStream
  5. 2.x  desktop  publishing program.  These drivers offer major speed
  6. improvement  compared  to the normal PageStream driver as they use
  7. Canon's Extended emulation.
  8.  
  9. If  you  install  the  driver  manualy:   copy  the drivers to the
  10. PageStream 2.x "Printers" drawer.
  11.  
  12. If  the  drivers came with the CanonDisk:  the installation of the
  13. PageStream   drivers   is   performed   by  the  normal  CanonDisk
  14. installation program.  If you install a driver for a printer which
  15. might   also   work   with   the  Canon  PageStream  drivers,  the
  16. installation  program will ask you whether you want to install the
  17. Canon PageStream drivers or not.

  20. The  PageStream  V2.x  Canon  printer  drivers  support  following
  21. settings  entered  in PageStream's special utility gadget (case is
  22. important!):

  123. different  print mode using the options described above.

  126. For  instance, you want to print on normal DIN A4 paper as fast as
  127. possible  using the BJC 600, define "A4+PLAIN+DRAFT+NORM+BLACK100"
  128. in the PageStream special gadget.
