  5. ADDENDUM TO SOFTWARE LICENSE STATEMENT
  6. IMPORTANT - READ THIS FIRST

  8. By using the INTERCLIENT / INTERSERVER JDBC DRIVER ("InterClient Software")
  9. provided with this Addendum,  you are agreeing to be bound by the following
  10. terms.  If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, you may not use the
  11. InterClient Software.

  13. The InterClient 1.50 Software is provided for use solely with your licensed
  14. copy  of   InterBase 5.xx  software   (your  "Original  Product").     Upon
  15. installation,  the InterClient Software becomes a part the Original Product
  16. Client Software and is subject to the same warranty and license  terms  and
  17. conditions as the Original Product.  If you do not have a valid license  to
  18. use the Original Product,  you may not use the  InterClient Software.   Any
  19. other use of the InterClient Software is prohibited.
