AppleScript & ShutterBug
I have finally got AppleScript going in a limited (but hopefully useful) way. ShutterBug now can execute a script after each photo has been taken. This is intended for scripting a ftp program (like fetch) so move your image file to a unix www server.
The Script menu contains two items. The first menu item is simply a toggle which allows you to turn the Script feature on and off. If scripting is enabled then this item will have a tick mark next to it. The second menu item allows you to define the script to be executed. CURRENTLY THE SCRIPTS ARE LIMITED TO 255 characters. This limitation will be removed shortly. However if it is urgent, I suggest creating an application with the scriptable editor and running that application with the ShutterBug script.
Its late, very late. Please email me your comments. I would also be grateful for any "real-life" scripts you are using. What ftp programmes e.t.c.
