  109. To register CD-QUICK, just fill out the form contained in the ORDERFRM
  110. file and mail it to the address indicated on the form.  Upon receipt of
  111. your registration, Circuit Systems will send you the latest version of
  112. CD-QUICK.  You will also receive your personal KeyCode, which disables
  113. the opening shareware screen and allows free lifetime upgrades.

  115. As a registered user you will also receive lifetime technical support.

  117. CD-QUICK is a shareware program.  This evaluation version includes
  118. all features of the program, and is not crippled in any way.  You may
  119. use it for up to 30 days, without charge (see CDQUICK.TXT for more
