  1. Welcome to Slow Speed CD Transcriber!

  4. Slow Speed CD Transcriber allows you to
  5. transcribe and record music directly from your computer's
  6. CD player. With Slow Speed CD Transcriber
  7. you may repeat any section of the music at full speed or
  8. at a lower speed by stretching the length of the music -
  9. anywhere from 1 percent to 400 percent - without changing
  10. the original pitch.
  11. Slow Speed CD Transcriber also allows you to fine tune the
  12. music or change the key in semitones. The software reads
  13. the music digitaly from your CD - no time wasted for recording
  14. or processing.
  15. Just press the play button and - GO!
  16. Control it with a remote controller from your TV, VCR, CD or
  17. Stereo (extra hardware needed).

  21. Installing.
  22.  
  23. In order to run Slow Speed CD Transcriber you first have to install it onto
  24. your harddisk using the installation program.

  27. Installing procedure:
  28. 1. Unzip the slspcdtr.zip file to a temporary directory.
  29. 2. From the Task bar, choose "Run".
  30. 3. Browse to the temporary directory and chose install.exe
  31. 4. The installation program will start. Follow the on-screen prompts
  32. to complete the installation.

  34. The Setup program creates a Program group called "Slow Speed CD Transcriber"
  35. in the Taskbar.

  38. The install process does not add or change anything in your win.ini file!
