  2. 1 clove garlic
  3. 1 pickled gherkin
  4. 1 tablespoon capers
  5. 40g parsley
  6. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  7. 6 tablespoons olive oil
  8. salt and pepper
  9.  
  10. Put all the ingredients in an electric blender and work until smooth, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
