  6. HTML Notepad is a Windows program which subsumes the simple Notepad editor
  7. with the ability to produce HTML coding for World Wide Web pages.  Simple 
  8. and fast it comes with full explanation on how to create professional pages.
  9. HTML Notepad provides a simple interface for the construction of tables,
  10. forms and background colours and images as well as the standard HTML 2.0
  11. constructs.

  13. HTML Notepad is shareware and if you enjoy using it we would like you to 
  14. register.  Rather than crippling the program in some way we rely on an 
  15. initial splash screen to remind and add to your guilt.  Registration info
