  2. There are a few different commonly used still image formats.  Please see the text to the right to choose the best format for your needs.

  4. If you are making a still image from a movie, you can pick one frame to become the picture, or you may use several frames to make an enhanced still.

  6. Use the Source window to select the frame of the movie you wish to become your still image before actually processing your file.
