  2. An important tradeoff in making web movies is balancing each frame's image quality with the number offrames per second (frame rate).

  4. As you improve the image quality, you must lower the frame rate to keep the data rate constant.

  6. If you desire smoother motion (higher frame rates) you must reduce the image quality.
