  9. This license applies to the registered version of MixVibes.  If you
  10. are using an evaluation version of MixVibes, see the section titled
  11. titled "Evaluation License" below.

  18. One registered copy of MixVibes may either be used by a single
  19. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  20. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  21. multiple people, but not both.

  23. You may access the registered version of MixVibes through a network,
  24. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  25. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  26. through the network.  For instance, if 4 different workstations
  27. will access MixVibes on the network, each workstation must have its
  28. own MixVibes license, regardless of whether they use MixVibes at
  29. different times or concurrently.
