In the tablature editor, use the "INS" key to switch between insertion and edit mode.
To directly access the tuner, click in the status bar on the picture of a guitar head. To know which guitar is currently in use, keep the pointer of your mouse on this same picture for a short time.
You can view scales with construction (intervals or semitones) or without. To change view mode, go in the "File" menu, command "Options" and "Scales".
You've just found a scale but you don't know its name or you want to know it all over the neck? In the "Scales" window, click on the button "Identification wizard" and draw your scale...Guitar Studio will answer you.
There are three kind of fretboard: color (default, black and white, white and black (useful for printing). To change the neck, go in the "File" menu, command "Options" and "General".
