  9. The 'onlinedebug.exe' program  is a utility that configures
  10. PS 2000 for online debugging. 
  11.  
  12. When fully enabled, almost 350 nodes of debug-points are used
  13. to probe the execution of PS 2000. This is done transparently
  14. to the user. Some slugish execution can be noted on some systems.

  16. A log file will be created during execution of Pristine Sounds. 
  17. This file contain vital information about your system and 
  18. Pristine Sounds. It can be mailed to bugreport@pristinesounds.com 
  19. for evaluation of bugs. The 'Silent log.bin' file will be used to
  20. quickly pinpoint any possible bugs in the program.

  22. The 'silent log.bin' can grow very large. It is not unusual that
  23. the file size gets 2-3 Mb very soon, but do not worry. This file
  24. can be .zip'ed and compressed about 50-100 times.

  26. The 'silent log.bin' will be removed and recreated for every time
  27. PS 2000 is started.

  31. What is a silent level?

  34. A silent level is a mode of debugging. Levels 0-9 currently exist,
  35. and all 10 levels can be used simultaniously. This would enable 
  36. about 350 nodes of debugging.

  40. What is a verbose level?

  43. A silent and verbose level is exactly the same, except that the log
  44. file is displayed on-screen during run-time. This is not always
  45. preferable.
