GIFfyBatch is set for batch operation of the large number of GIF files. It is very useful if you intensively work with your site.
GIFfyBatch optimizes GIF files only without loss of the image quality.

Many GIF files created in Photoshop 5.0 and many files downloaded from the Internet can not be compressed, because the compression without loss of image quality passes some stages. 1. The extra information (comments, etc.) is deleted 2. Bitmaps are recompressed with probable decrease of BIT - TO - PIXEL value. 3. Animated GIFs repeating parts of frames are removed 4. Something else :). As a result, some GIF files can not be compressed without loss of quality.
Sometimes GIF files downloaded from the Internet cannot be compressed with GIFfyBatch, but GIFLITE 2.1, ULEAD, IMAGEREADY can compress it on some percent. It happens because GIFfyBatch is guaranteed to compress image without loss of its quality. Many programs though spoil the original image.
You can use Drag&Drop to add file to GIFfyBatch list.
For obtaining some information about GIF file, select it and look at the program toolbar, or just select menu item View\Preview.
You can obtain the total information on several or all GIF files, added to the list. For this select some files and look at the toolbar.
You can learn all the information about GIF file. Select it and push the button Properties for that.
You can view the image of GIF file added to the list. For this select this file in the list and push the button Properties.
You can compare the images before and after optimization. Select GIF file in the list and push the button Preview.
You can delete one or several GIF files from the list. Select them in the file list and push the "Remove" button on the program toolbar.
You can delete all files from the list. Push the "Remove" button on the program toolbar.
You can save files after optimization in any directory. The files will have the original names.
You can substitute source files on optimized ones at their saving.
You can reoptimize some files from the list. Select them in the list and push the button "Optimize selected" on the program toolbar.
Some GIF files can not be optimized without loss of image quality.
Some files can very insignificantly increase their size after optimization. It happens because the original GIF file could not have a part of the information, for example, because of an error at downloading it from the Internet.
The parameter INTERLACE can not be applied to GIF files, if its height is less than 5 pixels.
