  6. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software.  Unless you have a different 
  7. license agreement signed by Wolfram Podien, your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license 
  8. agreement and warranty.

  10. Evaluation and Registration
  11. This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation 
  12. purposes without charge for a period of 21 days.  If you use this software after the 21 day evaluation period a 
  13. registration fee is required (See Registration). Payments must be in US dollars or Euro drawn on a German bank, and 
  14. should be sent to the AUTHOR

  30. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation version you are hereby licensed to make as many

  71. SUPERSEDES ALL PROPOSALS OR PRIOR AGREEMENTS, ORAL OR WRITTEN AND ANY OTHER 
  72. COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE PARTIES RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS 
  73. AGREEMENT.
