  6.           world. However, not every telephone in the U.S. has local
  7.           access to a packet-switching network. Below are some of

  10.           for instructions on how to use their service.

  13.           (upload or download), then packet-switching networks may
  14.           have some drawbacks. File transfers are often slowed down

  18.           doesn't include lengthy file transfers, then packet-
