By installing, copying, or otherwise using ActiveXplorer, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, do not install, copy, or use ActiveXplorer.
Demo Version
ActiveXplorer is provided under the "Try before you buy" concept. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for 21 day demo or 50 execution demo (which came first) period without any feature limitations.
For ordering details, please go to Purchasing ActiveXplorer. When payment is received you will be sent a license number to turn your copy as a full version of ActiveXplorer.
Distribution of the Demo Version
Provided that you verify that you are distributing the demo version (without any license number or indications on how to turn the demo version as a full version) you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the demo version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original demo version to anyone; and distribute the demo version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above, except the charge for the media it is on.
Full Version
Different license types are:
Single user license: one copy of ActiveXplorer may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
You may access the full version of ActiveXplorer through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access the software through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will access ActiveXplorer on the network, each workstation must have its own ActiveXplorer license, regardless of whether they use ActiveXplorer at different times or concurrently.
Site license: covers a single organization
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Finland.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which ActiveXplorer may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
Copyright
ActiveXplorer for Windows is protected by Finnish copyright law and international treaty provisions. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in ActiveXplorer is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that title and full ownership rights to ActiveXplorer will remain the exclusive property of Aivosto Oy, and you will not acquire any rights to ActiveXplorer except as expressly set forth in this license. You agree that any copies of ActiveXplorer will contain the same proprietary notices which appear in ActiveXplorer.
Reverse Engineering
You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or disassemble ActiveXplorer in whole or in part.
