This program combines MP3 encoder (WAV to MP3), decoder (MP3 to WAV), and player - almost everything necessary for a complete MP3 studio. Other features include scrolling ID3 tag support, a VU meter, volume control, and MPEG info displays. The encoder and decoder have list support for batch encoding and decoding. Also, there is now an Update Playlist feature, lower CPU usage, and skin support is available to change the interface's look and feel.
