SafeFile Version 1.0 This utility helps to Encrypt(lock) multiple files with specified password at a time. It Generates Encrypted Files with '.sud' extension. Steps to work : ---> Under 'Select Process : ' Select 'Encrypt' or 'Decrypt' which you want to process. --->Go to 'Destination Settings : ' Select 'Encrypt(or Decrypt) All Files into the Specified Directory' for putting Encrypted or Decrypted Files in particular Directory. Select 'Encrypt Files into the Respective Directories' for putting Encrypted or Decypted File in the same Directory of respective Source File Directory. --->Go to ' PassWord Settings : ' Select ' Apply Same Password to All Files ' if you want to set(give) Same Password to all files which you are encrypting or decrypting. Select 'Prompt For Password to Each File' if you want to set different Password to different files. --->** Select 'Delete Original File After Completing' if you want to delete source file after encrypting/decrpyting process. --->Selecting Source File(s): Under 'Select Source Files:' tab Select 'drive','File Types:', 'Directories:' of your File which is to be encrypted/decrpyted. (If you selected 'Decrypt' button in 'Select Process' settings, under 'File Types: ',you can only select previously Encrypted files i.e, *.sud ) Select file under 'FileName :' click 'ADD' or double click on File list box to select for Process.Select 'Add All' to select all files.click on 'Remove',after selecting specified file in 'Selected Files: ' to remove that file from 'Selected Files: ' list. --->Under 'Select Destination Directory : ' Select Destination of your interest to put all process files in it by selecting proper 'Drive: ' and directories. ( If you Selected ' Encrypt/Decrypt Files into the Respective Directories' under 'Destination Settings: ', you can't select Destianation Directory. All processed Files are putting in to same directory of respective source file.) --->Go to 'Final Stage: ' Enter password in two boxes. if you type same password in both boxes, then only process button(Encrypt or Decrypt) lets you to begin process. ( If you selected 'Prompt For Password to Each File' under 'Password Setting : ', then you can go to Encrypt or Decrypt button without specifing password,but program asks password while processing. ) Tips : Aftet Completing one process, before continuing to next cycle of process, be sure that browse directories upward or downward to select files ( it facilitates file entries are in correct position, so that we can avoid a Message box of indicating 'source file does not exist'.
