  1. What is the MP3 DataBase Suite

  4. MP3 DataBase is a program that will
  5. help you organize your MP3-files and
  6. will assist you in filtering out any
  7. doubles if you download new MP3 files.
  8.  
  9. It uses a fully adjustable fuzzy logic
  10. compare algorithm that will detect a
  11. double, even if the name in the database
  12. is slightly different. For example:

  14.  The Alan Parsons Project
  15. will compare to
  16.  alan parsons project
  17. or (if you spelled it wrong)
  18.  the Allen Parsons Project
  19.  
  20. By default, the database uses a " - " for
  21. a Artist/Title split, but you can also use
  22. a custom artist-title splitter (a mask).

  24. For renaming the files to a correct format,
  25. you can use a special renaming program
  26. called "The MP3-File Corrector"
  27.  
  28. There's also a MP3 Player for playing your
  29. MP3 Files, a CD-Inlay printer for printing
  30. inlays of your MP3-CD collection and a fully
  31. customizable MP3 DataBase Report printer.
