Normally programs that make and modify TrueType fonts are pricey and hard to use. Not so with the Font Creator Program. Use it to easily construct new typefaces and edit existing TrueType font files that can be used in any version of Windows (3.1 or later). An HTML-based tutorial gets you up to speed quickly. The program's editor lets you choose any installed typeface, displaying the entire character set complete with descriptions of every letter, number, and special character. Convert scanned .bmp files to TrueType outlines to make your own signature, logo, and handwriting fonts. Unlimited undo and redo and repeat options are available. Once you're happy with the results, the font can be installed on your system with a click on the programs's toolbar.
