  2. GRAPHICA is a command-driven interactive graphics program for
  3. making presentation quality graphs on a computer.
  4.  
  5. The program GRPHCA22.ZIP (or GRPH22.ZIP on CompuServe) is an
  6. archive.  After extracting all files with PKUNZIP or an
  7. equivalent program, the following files should appear as part
  8. of the GRAPHICA package:

  10. GRAPHICA.EXE     main program (executable)
  11. GRAPHICA.HLP     help file (ascii format-may be printed)
  12. README.1ST       quick instructions (this file)
  13. GRAPHICA.DOC     documentation
  14. REGISTER.DOC     contribution information
  15. HISTORY.DOC      log of latest changes
  16. EXAMPLES.ZIP     another archive containing example
  17.  
  18.    *.PLT         script files
  19.    *.DAT         data files
  20.  
  21. For a quick demonstration of GRAPHICA's main capabilities, run
  22. GRAPHICA and then load some of the sample script files (*.PLT).
  23. For example,

  25.       C:\graphica (press return)
  26.       graphica>load 'demo.plt' (press return)
  27.  
  28. Alternatively, command-line arguments may be names of files
  29. containing GRAPHICA commands.  Then, for example,
  30.  
  31.       C:\graphica demo.plt (press return)

  33. is another way of running the demo above.
