  1. To install the software, put the diskette in A: and run

  5. 514515   for upgrading from FBB 5.14 to FBB 5.15

  7. If you want to install from another disk than A: edit SUITE1.BAT and SUITE2.BAT
  8. and replace the line :

  10. SET disk=A: 
  11.  
  12. by the correct value.

  14. You can also change default directories in the same files. Only edit :

  16. SET      doc=C:\FBB\DOC
  17. SET     save=C:\FBB\BACKUP
  18. SET      fbb=C:\FBB
  19. etc
  20. and change to the new values.  Do NOT change the names in front of the '='.

  22. It has been discovered that the latest ESS-driver does not work OK with
  23. port-multiplexer (MUX).  If you want to use the MUX, you must use the older
  24. version 1.08 of ESS.  This version is renamed ESS.108.  If you must use
  25. MUX, you only need to rename ESS.108 to ESS.COM, and use it instead of
  26. the "standard" ESS 1.11.
