Transcription: The human eye can take in an entire scene almost at once. A photograph is limited to a much smaller area and has four clearly defined sides that bound the photograph. Keeping in mind the size of the frame as you look at a scene is a difficult skill to develop. To develop it, try this. Cut a 2 inch by 3 inch rectangle out of a piece of paper and spend an hour looking at the world through your frame. Think about the edges of the box and how the elements of the scene relate to the frame. what to include or exclude.
