  1. In the Romanian MySpell affix-file (ro_RO.aff) I added diacriticals and capital
  2. letters in the TRY-line and sorted the letters by frequency.
  3. The Romanian  MySpell dictionary (ro_RO.dict) is derived from the
  4. Ispell dictionary created by Mihai Budiu (http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~mihaib).
  5. The Ispell dictionary is licensed under GPL, so the MySpell dictionary is
  6. also GPL.
