Transcription: Cut lengthwise through the avocado around the seed. With your hands, twist the halves in opposite directions to separate them. Carefully tap the seed with the blade of a sharp knife so it catches in the seed. Rotate the knife to loosen the seed. Lift the knife and remove the seed.
