  6. Background
  7. ----------

  9. Scrolls. They get thrown around everywhere. In the caves; in the snowy
  10. mountains; in the warehouses; everywhere. Someone must collect them all.
  11.  
  12. Don't want a job, do you? Chief Scroll Collector for the newly formed Scroll
  13. Collecting Company. It pays well, and you get a special allowance for
  14. headache tablets - which you'll need if any rocks drop on your head.
  15.  
  16. You'll take it? Oh, thats fantastic! What? Um, no, we don't supply any
  17. protective helmets. Budget cuts and all that. I'm sure you understand.

  20. Instructions
  21. ------------

  23. You need to collect all the scrolls that have been discarded. Unfortunately,
  24. you can leave no rock unturned. And when you leave no rock unturned, quite
  25. often, the rocks that you haven't left unturned have a habit of falling!
  26. Mind they don't block your path, or fall on your head.
  27.  
  28. Some of the discarded scrolls have, quite mysteriously, managed to get locked
  29. in safes! To get at these you must collect all the keys. Some of the safes,
  30. though, are actually empty, so opening them may simply result in any rocks
  31. above them falling.
  32.  
  33. Other scrolls have undergone a miraculous transformation: they've evolved
  34. from harmless bits of paper into Yellow Devils. These are deadly to touch,
  35. but you must coax them into cages to turn them back into scrolls for
  36. collection.

  38. You must also collect the crystal, before you can proceed to the next level.

  44. Press   F1     to play the game
  45.         F2     to select the starting screen (up to the highest reached)
  46.         F3     for sound off/on
  47.         <Esc>  returns you to RISC OS.

  53. Press   Z      for left
  54.         X      for right
  55.         '      for up
  56.         /      for down
  57.         F12    Abort life
  58.         <spc>  starts each screen, and resumes after loss of life.
