  15. Hi there ADVENTURERS!

  17. This is just a shortish fun program activated by double-clicking the !ESP
  18. icon. (The program is shortish, but the graphics were a lot of work - phew!)
  19.

  21. THE STORY SO FAR ...:
  22.  
  23. You are at the last stage of your quest for the Philosopher's Stone...
  24. Arriving at the ends of the earth, you see looming before you the ancient
  25. castle of the evil wizard Hexadamus, who is the final obstacle between you
  26. and your long awaited prize.
  27.  
  28. To claim your prize, you have to develop E.S.P. powers capable of reading the
  29. wizard's mind.  He will test you by conjuring up objects, and you have to
  30. choose which one you think will be next. Be wary - poor unsuspecting members
  31. of your family (chosen at random), will suffer the indignity of being turned
  32. into toads, if you fail!

  34. SCORE:
  35.  
  36. For each correct choice, the wizard awards you a gold duccat. You are allowed
  37. five consecutive mistakes after each correct choice, but on the next
  38. mistake, one of your unfortunate family will be turned into a toad. When
  39. five family members have met this slimy fate, you yourself will be
  40. obliged to join them,  and will have to hop home from the ends of the
  41. earth!  Once a toad sits on a pile of duccats, you have to start a new
  42. pile. If you manage to collect a pile of ten duccats, you can claim your
  43. prize - the elusive Touchstone!
