  16.              3 to 4 - Number of ST506 Drives
  17. BYTE 197 Bit 0      - Instant Drag Move
  18.          Bit 1      - Instant Drag Resize
  19.          Bit 2      - Instant Drag Horizontal Scroll
  20.          Bit 3      - Instant Drag Vertical Scroll
  21.          Bit 4      - Beep when error occurs
  22.          Bit 5      - Allow Windows off Screen Bottom-Right
