  21. ‘Software’ refers to the code for all versions of !CSVtoText and related
  22. software.
  23.  
  24. ‘User’ refers to the person or organisation who has purchased the software.
  25.  
  26. The conditions of use are:
  27.  
  28.   1. This Public Domain version of the Software has been placed into the
  29.      public domain.  It may be freely copied and distributed for non-profit
  30.      making purposes (a small charge to cover cost of distribution is
  31.      allowed, however), so long as the code is not altered (apart from
  32.      customising !Run/!Boot files) and this text file remains present and
  33.      unaltered.

  35.   2. No part of the Software may be included within programs, public domain
  36.      or otherwise, written by the User.
  37.  
  38.   3. No liability will be accepted by the author or Architype Software for
  39.      the suitability of the Software for any purpose, or for any loss due to
  40.      the use or mis-use of the Software.
